"I found Natural Beauty Slimming 8 years ago and I have never looked back!"

"In 2018 my twins turned one and I knew I then had to concentrate on my weight. I was only a stone lighter than the day I had the twins. So I started my journey. I started of great and lost a couple of stone then in may 2018 I lost my mum and some of the weight I had lost slowly crept back on again. So I started my journey again but I continued to yo-yo. In March 2020 first lockdown I gained another stone. I knew if I didn’t start I would spiral out of control again so at the end of April i started again and now I’ve lost a total of 6 stone. I’m so damn proud of myself 🙌🏻 I don’t follow a strict diet plan. I don’t deprive myself of the treats I like. I have everything in moderation and make the right choices. I take the amazing supplements from NBS (slimtex and African Mango mainly). And I know I wouldn’t be where I am now without them 😘"
