Directions for Use

Take 2 capsules daily with water, alongside your main meal.

Ideally you should start using Vita-tan at least 1 week prior to sun exposure. Not an alternative to sun protection. Does not prevent sunburn or sun damage. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
