How to use

Take 2 capsules up to 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals, with 1-2 full glasses of water. 

We recommend you have 6 Capsules per day for the best results. You MUST drink enough water with this product for it to work, the correct water intake for women is 2.7 litres per day and 3.5 litres for men.
